We were introduced to Rosa through a friend, and after interviewing several realtors chose to work with Rosa in selling our Pacifica home during the fall of 2023. Rosa is an awesome realtor to work with, has an amazing team... and at the end of the day I can't think of a better experience in selling our home. I don't think I'd ever look around for a different realtor based on our experience. I personally am a very organized person and Rosa is *ON IT* (in an amazing way). **On organization** Setting the stage, we moved away from the US and had Rosa handle the sale of our home remotely. We wanted to prep things as much as we could in advance, and so worked with Rosa over the months before our departure to get ready. Once we left: - Day 1: Early showings were conducted; helping gauge interest - Day 18: The house was listed in 18 days (including interior painting, cleaning, staging, photographs etc.) - Day 20: The start of the first open house weekend (3 days of showings) and subsequent evenings showings - Day 26: In contract - Day 40: Close All of the above (a seemingly intense 5.5 weeks) happened in a *completely* stress free, seemingly effortless fashion entirely because of how on-top of it Rosa was. I personally am a planner and Rosa was *amazing* to work with because she had a game-plan months in advance, was great at communicating it and seamless at executing it. What could have been a nightmare (getting the paperwork signed via a California notary or validated at an embassy), Rosa already had a working solution when she showed up to our first meeting when we were interviewing realtors. Some thought it might be an issue, others didn't even realise it could be an issue.... Rosa showed up with the solution already sorted out based on reaching out to her network and contacts. **On Rosa personally** I can honestly say at 4-5 points during our working together... I said to myself and to my partner: "Rosa is f***ing awesome.". I'd leave it at that.... but I guess I should elaborate: She's genuinely a great person and just so easy to talk to. Easy and open communication is really important, because of how much experience she has and how much you can benefit from it: she's great at sharing ideas, responding to feedback, and giving guidance at various stages. She puts in the work, comes out to the house to meet with her extended team during the home prep. She even brought us dinner when we were in the frenzy of our final move... and snacks for the drive <3. You're the best Rosa!

A disclaimer I have to put out is that I am a first-time home buyer. It is quite a daunting task to jump into the deep end and buy a house. Especially in the Bay Area where the competition is as fierce as it gets with the inventory not scaling with the growing population. When I first met Rosa through her husband, I could just tell that she was very professional and knew her stuff. That kind of experience is worth tenfold, especially when trying to guide a new buyer like me. It inspires confidence on my end and makes the grueling process of house hunting not as exhausting and frustrating. She worked tirelessly with me to get the best house that fit me and my current lifestyle. From late nights to even the most random open houses every weekend. She does her homework, puts in an honest effort, and more importantly she genuinely cares. She wants to give the buyer the best house and not like…
